returns & refunds

Please choose carefully as quilts will not be accepted for a refund unless there is a significant issue such as a defect in workmanship.  Reasons such as wrong size, wrong colour, changed mind, etc., will not be accepted for a refund.  This is for hygiene reasons, and as a result of the COVID pandemic, since I could not be sure whether or not the quilt had been used, and therefore would not be able to re-sell as new. My quilts are rigorously checked for quality prior to being offered for sale and I have made every endeavour to ensure that photos and descriptions are accurate.

Any return must be agreed within 14 days of purchase. Photos of the fault should accompany the request for a return/refund, together with a clear description of the fault.  This should be sent to jan@whitesquaredesign.co.uk.
